1. Early Spring an application of a pre-emergent herbicide for control of grassy weeds and a broadleaf weeds. It is a applied at 1.5 pounds of actual Nitrogen per 1,000 square feet plus pre-emergent herbicide, and broadleaf herbicide.

2. Spring a second application of a pre-emergent herbicide for control of grassy weeds and a broadleaf weed control. It is applied at 1.0 pound of actual nitrogen per 1,000 square feet plus pre-emergent herbicide and broadleaf herbicide, and insecticide will be applied to control grubs.
   
   
3. Summer an application of a time released balanced fertilizer and broadleaf herbicide spot treatment as needed. It is applied at ¾ pound of actual nitrogen per 1,000 square feet and broadleaf herbicide.
   
   
4. Fall application of a quick release nitrogen fertilizer to promote a strong root system throughout the winter and to ensure early spring green up.
